Continue with Bulerias de Jerez, review Villancicos de Gloria, and also add one or two new Villancicos in advance of the upcoming fiestas de Navidad.

If you haven’t heard of Villancicos or Zambomba, Villancicos are basically Christmas songs, and Zambomba is the juerga/meetup where Flamencos get together to sing songs. Many Villancicos use a bulerias compás, and others use Tangos, Rumbas, Tanguillos, and even generally a 3 beat structure. Here’s a couple examples:
