2007 We have just heard that Juan del Gastor, legendary Gypsy guitarist and singer from Spain, will be teaching at UCSC from mid February to the end of March (5 weeks). Please save your time and money to study with him and his wife Luci Rozario when they arrive.
    We will give more details when we know more. 
    How fortunate we are in northern California to have this phenomenal traditional Spanish Gypsy artist here with us. For those of you from out of the area, we have land for camping and one large loft room available to rent if you want to stay here to study with Juan and Luci. 
    Also, La Nina is bring Son de Frontera to California. Please see her website and buy tickets while they are available.  And Lakshmi Basile "La Chimi" is coming in January 2008 and will give a two-week workshop in Santa Cruz. More details to comel soon.
