Let me guide you through life's challenges. Many of us need support to integrate our emotional, intellectual, & spiritual awareness with life dreams, sexual relationships, & day-to-day commitments. I help my clients recognize and work through repressed or misdirected anger & other destructive patterns which inhibit self growth, self respect, intimacy, spirituality, or commitment in relationships. I use a variety of techniques, including talk therapy, EMDR, and Shamanic journey visualization where appropriate. I am an interactive therapist (I don't just sit there!) I believe that you can make your life better through psychotherapy.

I use a variety of modalities and techniques, including talk therapy, self psychology, family systems, EMDR, and Shamanic journey visualization where appropriate. I give homework (optional) so you can continue your work outside of the sessions.

I help both individuals and couples, treating anxiety, menopause, post traumatic stress, dissociation and life changes. I practice client centered psychotherapy. I invite you to my peaceful hill top office only 8 minutes from the freeway. Office hours include evenings. Wheelchair accessible. Private entrance and exit.”
